Most of us or if not all, has never watched a gay drama flick other than the regular porn that’s filled with terrible acting and naked men all showing what we want and desire and what turns us on. In this article, we are going to highlight sixteen (16) films in gay cinema. In part I we showed the first 5, Here are five more for your viewing pleasure:

1. Brother to Brother (2004)



A drama that looks back on the Harlem Renaissance from the perspective of an elderly, black writer who meets a gay teenager in a New York homeless shelter

2. The DL Chronicles (2005)


The DL Chronicles is a series of short stories about men of color who lead double sex lives. Episode; Wes introduces us to Wes Thomas, an upwardly mobile real estate banker who is overwhelmed by the demands of his marriage, career, and closeted attraction to men. When Wes’ sexy but ambivalent brother- in-law stops in for an unexpected stay, he is directly faced with temptation and ultimately falls for the forbidden fruit

3. Beautiful Thing (1996)


In a suburb of London, young Jamie is escaping sport hours, to avoid being the victim of his comrades. Young Ste, his neighbor, is beaten by his father, and comes to sleep overnight. They discover new feelings, sleeping in the same bed!

4. Latter Days (2003)


A promiscuous gay party animal falls for a young Mormon missionary, leading to crisis, cliché, and catastrophe

5. Another Gay Movie (2006)


Four gay high school friends make a pact to lose their virginity before they go to college
